KËY Collective aims to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience for all our customers. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Standard shipping within Australia (AusPost) typically takes 3–7 business days once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once orders have been shipped. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

All orders include tracking, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
